This is not my first vehicle purchase from Faulkner Toyota, but working with Paul Mochalin made this my best experience yet. From the time I placed my order, Paul kept me informed every step of the way with regular updates on the vehicle's status and delivery. He also handled the paperwork and logistics in advance, making the entire process seamless. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to go. We recently started looking for a bigger vehicle for our growing family and reached out to Faulkner Toyota for help. From the very beginning, our salesman Eric went above and beyond to help us find something that truly fit our needs. He quickly found the perfect vehicle that checked every box on our list, and after seeing it in person on Friday, I completely fell in love with it. My husband and I came in Friday evening hoping we could make the numbers work, but unfortunately it seemed like the deal just wasn’t going to happen. We were disappointed, but understood. While we were waiting to go over a few more options, I unexpectedly had a medical episode and ended up being taken to the hospital. Thankfully I’m okay now, but at the time I was incredibly embarrassed and assumed the opportunity for the car had completely passed. What stood out to us the most was what happened afterward. Both Eric and Michael from financing personally followed up with me the next day, not to pressure us about a sale, but just to check on me and make sure I was okay. That level of kindness and genuine care meant so much to us. By Monday, I still couldn’t stop thinking about the car, so I reached back out. To my surprise, Eric and Michael had already continued working behind the scenes trying to make the deal happen for us. Thanks to their hard work, compassion, and dedication, we were able to make everything work and I drove home in my perfect car on Tuesday! Everyone at Faulkner Toyota treated us like family throughout the entire experience, but Eric and Michael especially went above and beyond. Just traded in a newer truck for a new truck, different model. Tim Pinkerton was so helpful in arranging things. I'm special needs and had some things I needed done to help me get in and out. Tim Pinkerton helped me accomplish this. Price for trade quoted was honored, and the price for the new truck was as advertised. No games. Wish all car buying experiences were this good. I will also say Mike in the finance office, well he helped me out with information I had never been told about before at other Toyota dealerships. He is amazing. He kept me in the loop as he did up the paperwork. Did I feel any hesitancy or regret, like maybe things weren't as promised when I read the paperwork later? Not at all! First time for that too. Tim & Mike, a great team, and just can't say enough good things about how well this went, and how well as a dealership they do business. Waiting on a check due to me for the difference and have no doubt it will arrive in a timely fashion. Everything else went perfectly! Interestingly enough, the Faulkner GMC in Harrisburg was a good experience as well, back in 2024. Was an easy transaction and I was in and out easily. Not quite as smoothly as it was at Faulkner Toyota, but a good 2nd place to that! Shows me the Faulkner family of dealerships, however many they have, seem to work in a similar fashion. The others don't have Tim and Mike though!

Had a service appointment yesterday with my Faulkner Toyota dealership in Feasterville-Trevose. Everything went well for my service appointment. Every time I pull in to get service, the team is extremely upbeat, positive, and prepared. The service was completed quicker than expected, which has been the case every time so far. They provided some recommendations for me on additional services I was looking for in the area and promptly sent me on my way with a smile and my keys. Great team over there.

Amazing hospitality & customer service! Was in touch with Giovanni for getting the OTD price and scheduling my test drive. It was very smooth getting all the information. However, due to time off, we were redirected to Tim Pinkerton, who was very warm & welcoming during our in person visit at the dealership. Helped me answer all my questions and ensured to share the quotes for few cars I was interested in. The only thing I suggest for the customers is when you see a car of your choice available at their location, go for it right away. Cars are going off the market in a flash at this dealership. All good signs of a great dealership with strong customer base. sadly I wasn’t able to get the car of my liking as it was sold off just then.

Recently made a 2-and-a-half-hour drive to Faulkner Toyota after a month-long disappointing vehicle search. So glad that we did, not only did we find exactly what we were looking for, but it was honestly the best car buying experience we've ever had. From the time we arrived to leaving with the car it was stress free, enjoyable and quick. The finance manager Anthony was awesome, friendly, efficient and up front. And our salesman Paul was the best and I can't recommend him enough. Couldn't ask for more in a used car salesman. From the beginning to the end, he was honest and up front answering any questions or concerns with prompt, thorough answers. He has a no b-s, up front and honest approach while being extremely respectful and mindful of your time. After having one dealer literally waste over a week of our time dragging us along, I can't tell you how refreshing it was to deal with a salesman who values your time and makes you feel prioritized. The whole experience was perfect and when I'm in the market again, I will be making that long drive up to see them without hesitation. If you're in the market, make the trip to Faulkner you won't be disappointed and ask for Paul.

She immediately calls over my Service Technician Mark Cahill to Service my Corolla Mark is an Excellent Technician & takes great care of my Wife?s Corolla. He Completes the Oil change & Filter in a Timely manner. As a Courtesy he sends it to the Car Wash. Faulkner Toyota is a Wonderful Dealership to buy & Service your vehicle. Eric Santos is the most chill and professional salesman I've ever encountered. No pressure, no attitude, and he let me get the best deal I could. I now drive a 2025 Corolla thanks to Eric. Purchased a new car here recently with Joe E. from the internet sales team....what an amazing experience. Joe kept me updated throughout the process (I purchased an allocated vehicle two months before arrival), and was a very down to earth family man. We were due to leave for a road trip the day after the car arrived; Joe came in ON HIS DAY OFF to make sure we had the car. Wow. Great price on the car, great price on the trade, and service like that? You wont catch me at any other Toyota dealer, Faulkner will have my business for life because if how Joe took care of me.
