My experience started with a simple call to enquire about a car I saw on Faulkner's website. I was lucky enough to get Fitz (aka James Fitzgerald). Fitz followed up with me later in the week when I could actually come see the vehicle (2+ hours away) and repeatedly made sure it was available for me. I was searching for a used Toyota Prius within driving distance of south Jersey-they had ONE. When I arrived the salesperson was busy with another customer but the car had been pulled and I was able to test drive while he was finished. I traded in my car on the spot, paperwork was completed as quickly as possible-never a fast process, they detailed the car and I drove it off the lot. I had a very smooth experience bringing my Camry in to Faulkner to be serviced thanks to Blaise. This was the first time I was having my car serviced at this location. Blaise was friendly and respectful of my time and was on top of my claim with TFS. I actually am looking forward to my next servicing appointment.
