I will also say Mike in the finance office, well he helped me out with information I had never been told about before at other Toyota dealerships. He is amazing. He kept me in the loop as he did up the paperwork. Did I feel any hesitancy or regret, like maybe things weren't as promised when I read the paperwork later? Not at all! First time for that too.
