Tim Pinkerton helped me accomplish this. Price for trade quoted was honored, and the price for the new truck was as advertised. No games. Wish all car buying experiences were this good. I will also say Mike in the finance office, well he helped me out with information I had never been told about before at other Toyota dealerships. He is amazing. He kept me in the loop as he did up the paperwork. Did I feel any hesitancy or regret, like maybe things weren't as promised when I read the paperwork later? Not at all! First time for that too. Tim & Mike, a great team, and just can't say enough good things about how well this went, and how well as a dealership they do business.
