2020 Toyota Tundra Review

With the latest edition of the dependable Tundra set to be released soon, our team here at Faulkner Toyota Trevose wanted to give you a behind-the-scenes look at this model with our 2020 Toyota Tundra preview. Discover some of the new features you will enjoy having in the 2020 Tundra as you navigate around Trevose, Philadelphia, and Bensalem!

Connecting to Your Smartphone

While driving, you will still be able to stream audio from your smartphone through the multimedia system in this truck. The 2020 Tundra will also give you even more personalized connection while driving.

Thanks to Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay®, you can use even more applications on your smartphone in your Toyota Tundra. You can open your maps application to get route guidance, send text messages using your voice, and much more.

When you plug in to your device to use these features, the interface on the seven-inch touchscreen will also be similar to what you are used to seeing on your phone. This makes it extremely user-friendly as you control this system. You can also gain an even larger display with an available eight-inch touchscreen offered in the 2020 Tundra as well.

Convenient Technology

There are even more technology features added to the 2020 Toyota Tundra that makes things easier for you. One of these convenient features is the Smart Key with Push Button Start.

With Smart Key, you can unlock and lock your truck without having to take your key fob out of your pocket. This is especially helpful when you are carrying supplies and can’t reach into your pocket to grab your keys. When the vehicle senses the fob within a close range, you just have to grab a hold of the door handle and the Tundra will automatically unlock.

Push Button Start also lets you get the engine going without having to mess with your keys. You can keep your key fob in your pocket and still start the engine of the 2020 Tundra by simply pressing the brake and pushing the start/stop button.

More Configurations for the Off-Roading Trim

The Toyota Tundra will once again have the TRD Pro trim level that is perfect for any driver looking to take their truck out on the trails. With its off-roading prowess thanks to a number of features, the 2020 Tundra now offers this trim level in more than just one cabin configuration.

Before, the Tundra TRD Pro was only built as the CrewMax cabin. Now, the 2020 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro also comes built as the Double Cab. This gives you the ability to get the ultimate off-roading truck with a smaller, more nimble size.

If you do prefer the CrewMax for its extra cabin space, you will still be able to get the TRD Pro with this configured this way. The 2020 Tundra TRD Pro CrewMax also gains a few additional features. The multimedia system in this specific configuration will come with integrated navigation and the premium JBL® audio system.
