Last year, my sister & I met with David Rice to test drive a RAV4. David was very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. This year it was my turn. When I went to the dealership, I noticed that David was at his desk, and was thrilled to be able to work with him again. In summer of 2020, we purchased a used convertible for my wife as a comforting gesture after working as a nurse in COVID ICU. Why wouldn't driving a convertible make one feel better? Unbeknownst to us and the dealer, the car had a major engine problem that proved to be catastrophic weeks after purchase. The repair insurance refused to pay the claim. We had the car towed 100 miles back to the dealership. Faulkner proved their integrity by applying the purchase price to another vehicle - a mint used Chevy Suburban.
